Booking & Cancellation
Effective date: July 1, 2026
These policies apply to massage sessions with Nick DeBruno Massage LLC.
Requesting a Session
You can request a session using the website contact form. Please include your contact information, location, preferred session length, what you are hoping for support with, and any access or setup notes that would be helpful.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Nick usually replies within 2 business days.
You may also call or text Nick at with booking or session-related questions.
Availability
Nick’s current appointment hours are:
Sunday – Tuesday
9am – 5pm
Availability may vary.
Service Area
Nick serves Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, and Medford.
For appointments outside Ashland or Talent, the minimum session cost is $100.
In-Home Setup
Nick brings the massage table and supplies to you. Clients are asked to provide a clean, private area with enough room for the massage table and for Nick to move around it comfortably.
Before your session, please share helpful details such as parking, stairs, pets, access needs, or anything about the setup of your space that Nick should know ahead of time.
Pets are welcome if they are calm and not disruptive. If a pet may interfere with the session, please plan to keep them in another room.
In-Office Sessions
Nick primarily offers in-home massage. In-office sessions may be available on a limited basis by request, pending location availability.
Payment
Nick uses a sliding scale of $80–$130 per hour. Current rates are listed on the Pricing page.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash is preferred. Check or Venmo are also accepted.
The rate you choose does not change the care you receive, and no income verification is required.
Gratuity is never expected. Please choose the sliding-scale rate that best reflects your current access to resources.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule whenever possible.
There is no automatic cancellation fee at this time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling or require prepayment.
If you are sick, have an emergency, or need to reschedule for health or safety reasons, please reach out as soon as you can.
Late Starts
If a session starts late because the client is unavailable at the scheduled start time, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on Nick’s schedule.
Illness and Safety
Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household has contagious symptoms, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or another acute illness.
Nick may also reschedule if he is sick or if there is a health or safety concern.
Nick may decline, pause, or end a session if the environment feels unsafe, if there is intoxication, harassment, sexual comments or requests, aggressive behavior, unsafe pets, lack of privacy, or if professional boundaries or consent are not respected.
Consent, Draping, and Clothing
Massage sessions are consent-based. You may ask questions, request changes to pressure, focus, positioning, or draping, pause the session, or end the session at any time.
You can undress to your comfort level, stay partially clothed, or remain fully clothed. Nick can adapt the session based on what feels comfortable and useful for you.
When clothing is removed, professional draping is used. You remain covered with a sheet or blanket, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Scope of Practice
Massage therapy may support comfort, pain relief, relaxation, mobility, nervous system settling, and a greater sense of ease in the body.
Massage therapy is not medical diagnosis, emergency care, or a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. If you are experiencing acute, worsening, or urgent symptoms, please contact a healthcare provider or emergency services.
Accessibility and Access Needs
You are welcome to share access needs, positioning needs, sensory preferences, communication preferences, mobility considerations, or anything else that would help the session feel more comfortable and accessible.
